Australia dec/jan 2013 new year sydney

Travel east coast looking to meet people and get advice!

overcast -1 °C

Hi,

Me and 2 friends are landing in sydney on the 30 and staying at nomads for a week before heading up the east coast to Brisbane.
What's people's plans for new year?
Any suggestions on places to visit on between sydney and Brisbane?

Any help would be great!

Thanks Mark :)

Hey Mark,

There's heaps of places between Sydney & Brisy along the east coast. It all depends on what you want to do.

some of the places you must visit are below:

Port Macquarie
Nelson's Bay
Byron Bay
Gold Coast
Hunter Valley wine region (2hrs from sydney)

when you in sydney make sure you visit the Jenolan Caves, it is like 2.5hrs from Sydney in the Blue Mountains region, it can be a one day trip. Jenolan are the oldest caves in the world some millions years old. it is quite spectacular.

I am not sure what you like but all these places are good retreats and quite relaxing.
Let me know if you need any more info.

cheers
Rick
